• Most laptops come with a 1-month warranty unless mentioned otherwise at the time of purchase.

What Is Covered Under Warranty

The following technical issues are covered during the warranty period:

• Laptop not powering on due to technical fault

• RAM or SSD issues

• Camera, microphone, or keyboard not working

• Software-related hardware performance issues

• Any internal technical problem caused by normal usage

Battery Information

• Laptops are delivered with 1 to 2 hours battery backup.

• Battery performance is not covered under warranty if the laptop gives 1 hour backup or more.

• Battery backup may vary based on usage and settings.

What Is NOT Covered Under Warranty

The following are not covered under warranty:

• Physical damage (broken screen, body damage, dents, cracks)

• Liquid or water damage

• Motherboard issues

• Power adapter or cable damage due to misuse

• Damage caused by overheating, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs

• Software installation, virus issues, or OS reinstallation

• Warranty is valid only for normal usage.

• Any repair or opening of the laptop by an unauthorized service center will void the warranty.
