Orders placed outside Delhi NCR are shipped on a prepaid basis only and usually take 5 to 7 working days to reach the delivery address. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for Delhi NCR orders. If a return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 24 hours and credited back to the original mode of payment. To be eligible for a return, the laptop must be in its original condition and should not show signs of misuse or physical damage after delivery.

Customers are advised to carefully inspect the laptop at the time of delivery. If you receive a laptop that is broken or physically damaged, it must be reported immediately at the time of delivery. Any damage reported after the delivery has been accepted will not be considered for return or refund. Once the product is accepted by the customer, Flip Refurb will not be responsible for physical damage occurring thereafter.
